You are solely responsible for the information, photographs, and horoscope details posted on your profile:
- Details must be truthful and accurate. Misrepresenting age, marital status, education, profession, income, or family background is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension.
- You must safeguard your account login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at

- You may not create multiple duplicate accounts for the same individual without prior written approval.
3. Acceptable Use and Code of Conduct
Apollo Matrimony is a family-oriented matrimonial platform. You agree to interact respectfully with all members and adhere to the following community standards:
- Do not harass, stalk, threaten, abuse, or send unsolicited commercial communications to any member.
- Obscene, sexually explicit, defamatory, racially discriminatory, or religiously derogatory language and imagery are strictly prohibited.
- Soliciting money, loans, cryptocurrency, donations, or financial aid under any pretext is illegal and will result in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement agencies.
- Commercial matchmaking agencies or brokers may not scrape or use the platform without express written commercial agreements.
- Violations can be reported directly through the profile report button; all reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations
Apollo Matrimony provides both free and paid subscription plans:
- Free registration allows profile creation, search filtering, and receiving expressions of interest.
- Premium subscription plans unlock advanced benefits such as verified phone number viewing, direct messaging, unlimited horoscope matching reports, and priority profile placement.
- Subscriptions are licensed on a per-account basis, non-transferable, and auto-renew only where explicitly opted in by the account holder.

5. Privacy and Personal Data

6. Profile Verification and Disclaimer
Apollo Matrimony employs rigorous screening protocols to verify accounts:
- The Verified badge indicates that our moderation team has verified the user's mobile number via OTP and reviewed submitted government ID or photo identity documents at a specific point in time.
- Verification is not a comprehensive character investigation, background check, or guarantee of moral conduct.
- We strongly advise members and their families to independently verify prospective matches' educational credentials, employment status, family background, and civil records prior to finalizing alliances. Always meet in safe, public places.
7. Limitation of Liability
Apollo Matrimony functions solely as an online matrimonial facilitation platform bringing together prospective brides, grooms, and their families:
- Apollo Matrimony does not guarantee marriage outcomes, response rates, compatibility, or the accuracy of member-submitted claims.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apollo Matrimony and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from interactions on or off the Platform.
- In all circumstances, total liability is strictly limited to the subscription fees paid by you to Apollo Matrimony in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination and Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the member has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a safety risk to our community. You may deactivate or delete your account at any time via your account settings.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of Apollo Matrimony shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
